Stone Island Lamy Flock Jacket from the AW18 collection. inspired by classic M-65 military field jackets. The most distinct inspiration comes from the internal fabric treatment. Stone Island's labs took an ultra-light nylon canvas and bonded it to an adhesive film. They then used a magnetic field to attract and precisely orient nylon flock fibrils onto the backing. This industrial process creates a distinctive matte, translucent appearance on the outside, a proper experimental jacket!
