SHIPPING

Orders placed before 12PM will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 12PM will be shipped the following working day.

We use Royal Mail or DPD for all domestic shipping, and UPS for international deliveries.

RETURNS POLICY

At RE:BOURN, we pride ourselves on curating rare, vintage, and pre-loved pieces with character and history. As each garment is unique, we take care to provide clear, detailed descriptions and photographs of every item, alongside our 1-5 grading system along with a descriptions that reflects condition:

5 – New with tags & unworn

4 -Great condition, no flaws

3 -Good condition, some wear and the odd flaw

2 -Reasonable condition, well worn and flaws. Condition of these items will be reflected in the price.

1 - Not very good condition but wearable & multiple flaws. The price will reflect this.

By purchasing from RE:BOURN you acknowledge that you are buying second-hand and vintage items, which may naturally show signs of age and use. These details are always disclosed in the product description. 

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. Please read the following carefully:

Condition & Grading

  • Returns will not be accepted for issues already disclosed in the listing (e.g., marks, wear, repairs) or for general vintage condition consistent with the grading provided.
  • All items are sold as described.

Change of Mind

  • As a small independent business specialising in unique, one-of-a-kind items, we do not accept returns for change of mind, fit, or preference. Please check measurements and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you believe you have received an item that is significantly not as described, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at info@rebourn.co.uk within 7 days of delivery for us to review.
  • We may request photographs to assess the issue. If approved, you will be entitled to a full refund. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
