Nigel Cabourn Spell-Out Sweater from the early 1990s. This sweater is from the Sport range, it evolved from the Sportswear range that started out in 1991, it took on a slightly take of the traditional sportswear he was making at the time & he started to introduce a military inspired take on it, this would later become 'Army Gym' which started in 2016. The Sport range ran for one season and featured bold Spell-Out Cabourn Sport branding & 'Sold Across The Globe' arm branding. The 90s were a very experimental & ever-changing time for Cabourn, he was using inspiration from all over the world from extensive his travels & every season seemed to take on a different approach to the last. The Cabourn Sport range was a limited run and the retail at the time was top end, this is the range from the 90s considered the most sought after among Cabourn collectors.
