Chipie Tempo Of The Big Town Mock Neck Jumper from the 1980’s. Founded in 1967 by Jean-Michel Signoles in the historic town of Carcassonne in South of France, Chipie started very small. Signoles began by buying vintage American military clothing, customising it and selling it. Within a few years, the brand opened its own production facility and began designing original apparel.
