C.P Company Paisley Shirt from early 90s, Japanese release. The brand has Japanese partners from 1989, all design was still approved by Osti but all production was in Japan. The design had a slightly different feel to it, Japanese release splits opinion among collectors now but its undeniable that some of the most unique design came out of Japan during the late 80s and 90s. The 'Ideas by Massimo Osti' label is often found on 80s CP pieces, it comes from Osti's design-focused, experimental work. It emphasises innovation in materials, dyeing or construction.
