Nigel Cabourn Mainline Japan range Army Crew Sweatshirt is inspired by two different styles used by the British Army. The right side is from the 1930s while the eft is from the 1940s combining the different designs literally meeting in the middle. The two vintage sweatshirts used as the inspiration have the same basic design, but the rib structure and size differ which is faithfully reproduced resulting in the ribs being different sizes. The overall look is one of a patchwork quilt.
