In 2005, the brand moved to Japan when the brand expanded Globally. Manastash’s main objective when designing is to make pieces that don’t effect the planet, making the brand very eco-friendly. Manastash was a true pioneer in utilising hemp for fashion to help slow deforestation. They heavily rely on sustainable textiles including hemp, organic cotton, recycled fleece and specialised eco-synthetic layers like Pertex Eco.
