C.P. Company Urban Protection R.E.M Jacket from AW99. Designed during the Moreno Ferrari era, the Urban Protection collection explored how clothing could protect people from the challenges of modern city life. The R.E.M. jacket originally incorporated a Sony ICD-30 digital voice recorder, stored in a specially designed mesh sleeve pocket. The device could record spoken notes without needing to be removed from the jacket. It’s super rare to find this jacket with the original Sony voice recorder. This jacket has it, with some history still recorded on it!
